The Concept
The templates had to not only reflect the iconic Big Brother branding but it also had to capture the energy of the live show. To achieve this, I designed over 35 templates, a variety of still and video, that aligned with the various events and moments throughout the series. Each template was crafted for full customisation, allowing for adaptability to the ever-changing narrative and unexpected twists of the show, ensuring timely and engaging content for the audience.
Template Creation
With the launch of the new Big Brother series, I developed a suite of over 40 templates, still and video, designed to reflect the show's branding and high-energy atmosphere. Prioritising user-friendliness, I created templates that minimised the need for any extensive editing, ensuring an optimal workflow for the editing team. The collection of assets included YouTube Thumbnails, Nomination Result assets, Eviction Results assets, Reel Thumbnails, Quote Cards, Halloween-themed assets to align with seasonal events, and much more.
Creating Essential Graphics was integral to the video templates. This provided the editors with the flexibility to easily customise each video while retaining Big Brother’s core branding. This approach streamlined editing, enabling rapid adaptation to the show's ever-changing narrative and delivering engaging, on-brand content in real time.
